I\'m a Technical Architect at ecx.io – an IBM Company – I specialize in building robust, enterprise-grade digital experience platforms using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and the broader Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem. With over a decade of experience in IT, I’ve grown through various roles from development to architecture — with a strong focus on web content management and digital experience solutions.Over the years, I’ve led and delivered AEM implementations for large-scale digital transformation programs, driving measurable impact in content velocity, personalization, and customer engagement. My expertise spans AEM Sites, Assets, Workflows and integrations with Adobe Target, Analytics, Workfront and third-party platforms — enabling unified, intelligent content experiences. I’ve worked across a wide range of AEM implementations — from traditional Sites builds to headless CMS use cases and AEM as a Cloud Service. I’ve also worked extensively with AEM Forms, especially for building dynamic, data-driven forms tied to customer journeys, and integrating them with back-end systems and APIs.Lately, I’ve been focused on streamlining the Content Supply Chain — making content production smarter and faster by improving reusability, automation, and personalization. I\'m also exploring the role of AI in content workflows, including intelligent metadata generation, auto-tagging, and content recommendations.I enjoy bridging the gap between technical implementation and business outcomes, and I’m always looking for smarter, more efficient ways to deliver value through content and technology.
