ABOUT SHREYAS RAVINDRANATH

I am a highly focused and self-motivated PhD research scholar (successfully defended) in Biomedical Engineering with a multi-faceted background in biomedical signal processing, Clinical Analytics, Data science/ Machine Learning, experimental biophysics, molecular biology and analytical biochemistry. I am aligned towards new product development in Healthcare by applying machine learning methodologies. Currently, I am a Clinical Research Scientist at Philips Research, North America. As a part of my PhD thesis, I was the lead researcher of two projects investigating a core developmental signaling pathway viz. Notch signaling. Specifically, I was involved in elucidating the role of receptor-ligand interaction biophysics by using pico-level cutting-edge laser tweezers technology.
