Key Responsibilities:• Multi-tasking includes marketing our W2 consultants and placing them on a project ASAP, working with HR to generate invoices, following up on payments regularly.• Segregating the requirements among the recruitment division and advocate the team to be on their toes and nail down the perfect match for the attained requirement from the client.• Screening the profiles and scrutinizing the resource by having a brief conversation over the phone and zero in on the right match before submitting the resume to the client.• Coordinate with sub-contracting companies for prospective candidates.• Communicating with Tier1 vendors for further requirements. • Conduct Internet search using job boards like Monster, Dice, Corp-Corp, Google etc.• Screening of profile, taking preliminary phone interviews and perform reference checks of the candidates.• Negotiate hourly rates / Salaries with the candidates / Sub contractors.• Obtain Non-compete / rate freezes agreement from sub-contracting companies.• Schedule onsite / phone interviews between candidate and client.• Keep candidate posted with the feedback from clients.• Manage resume database using in-house developed technology.• Prepare and maintain monthly reports, analyze recruitment statistics.• Responsible for managing Database & lead generations.• Training the fresher recruiters in recruiting and sales.
