ABOUT SHIVANI BEDI

I am a goal-oriented professional with experience in the insurance industry. As a Area Manager at Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance - DBS Bank Channel. My analytical decision-making is based on market research and competitive analysis. Prior to this, I was a Relationship Manager - Affluent at Max Life Insurance - Axis Bank Channel. Here, I was responsible for setting up my team and driving the affluent RM\'s to achieve their insurance targets through simulated training. As a Sales Manager at ICICI Prudential - ICICI Bank Channel, I managed distribution through 6 Saket Delhi ICICI Bank branches. I was responsible for managing, training, and motivating a team of 6 sales representatives to drive revenue growth. I created innovative ways to have branch activities to increase customer penetration. I completed my Master of Business Administration from ICFAI Business School, Hyderabad, and a Bachelor\'s in Commerce Honours from Kalindi College - Delhi University. During my professional journey, I have been recognized as the Top 20 RMA Pan India (20••••21) and March Mania for Best Performer (20••••21). I also served as the Marketing Head in Club Admire. I am driven by a passion for learning and personal growth, and I am constantly seeking new challenges to broaden my experience and skillset. My goal is to continue to make a significant contribution to the insurance industry and grow both personally and professionally.
