I am a lifelong-learner who enjoys problem solving at a system level & finding ways to improve.With an extensive risk background from Challenger, CBA and KPMG, I have performed a breadth of risk assessments in different capacities (i.e, enterprise, operational and project), created and embedded risk, risk culture, policy, compliance and assurance frameworks, and implemented various regulatory changes.In addition to my work experience, I am also studying to become an organisational psychologist to deepen my understanding of behavioural risk, and have a strong interest in leveraging technology and data to make better decisions.
