Provide technical training and assistance for Recipients of federal grants covering the 8 states in the southeast region, consisting of 365 organizations, union and non-union. Use baseline assessments, root cause analysis and process consultation to improve organization effectiveness, data-driven decision-making, facilitate change efforts, create succession plans, implement effective human capital plans, and create policies and procedures to improve organization performance. • Act as a change agent in management and administrative areas, incorporating activities that include governing body and policy group involvement in the development/revision of management and administrative activities for long-term improvements. • Utilizes training and technical assistance to provide leadership with the tools and resources necessary to establish and implement effective human capital strategies while serving as the primary HR consultant to Recipients of federal contracts funded by the U.S Department of Health and Human Services, the Office of Head Start. • Designs, develop and deliver blended learning solutions, via virtual (TEAMS, ZOOM) and on-site to achieve the knowledge, skills, and behavioral changes needed to meet business goals and promote organization brand and employment engagement. • Orchestrates the development of corrective actions to align deficient federal grant recipients and their practices with the Head Start Program Performance Standards and create safe environments for staff, families, and children through root cause analysis. • Lead Recipients with research, planning, and strategies for implementation or upgrades of HR/OD system projects, while providing on-going technical assistance to ensure user abilities in optimizing systems for trend data, data reporting, data driven decision making, data integrity and security.
