Provides clerical/administrative Human Resources support to assigned HR recruiting area, either an individual or a group. Knowledgeable in the area of HR systems used in recording data relating to hiring activities. Responsible for demonstrating excellent customer service in accordance with the U.S. Bank Service Advantage Core Values. Processes a variety of confidential information and documents.1. May perform duties involving candidate and new hire communications, such as pre-employment screening, identifying potential issues, etc.2. Answers questions from new hires and managers regarding on-boarding issues.3. Instructs and assists employees in the completion of forms.4. May deliver training (e.g, Diversity training, parts of New Employee Orientation, etc.). Each employee is also expected to maintain an awareness of the laws, regulations, internal policies and procedures that are appropriate for his/her position. Effective oral and written communication skills; P/C literacy in word-processing, spreadsheets, and databases; and presentation preparation are needed. Well developed reading, writing, and mathematical skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks. Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to interpret data. Good grammatical skills. Needs to possess good customer relations skills. Under minimal supervision provides complex and highly confidential support services. Independently handles a wide variety of situations and conflicts that are non-routine. Incumbent typically has three or more years of related experience.
