I’ve spent the past half decade as a founding member of Breathe Degrees — a movement that’s flipping the script on what it means to feel good, think clearly, and connect deeply. We’re changing the way people experience mental and physical health — one breath, one plunge, one community at a time.+Lead marketing team and vendors from paid media, social, emails, PR, events, and in store communication to ensure that the brand and campaign initiatives come to life across all touch points+Create wellness programs that teach the San Diego community about respiratory, circulatory and nervous system health to address a wide-range of societal issues from depression, anxiety, insomnia to inflammation+Have facilitated over people in experiencing their first breathwork and cold plunge experiences+Lead a team of 50+ employees at our La Costa studio, with Liberty Station studio opening in 2025 +Create impactful brand partnerships with brands such as Vuori & Speedo, pairing wellness and philanthropy. Campaigns have raised thousands of dollars for community causes such as LA wildfire relief and San Diego state beaches and parks
