As a Talent Acquisition Consultant, I provide full cycle recruiting services across Empower. My focus is to provide hiring managers with best-in-class service by leveraging my experience to advise on every aspect of the recruiting process. I’ve supported teams including Marketing, Financial Operations, Advisory and Investments, Operations, and Technology. In addition to supporting the organization through talent acquisition, I’m passionate about promoting diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging. I serve on committees within our DEIB BRGs and hope to continue to foster this work in the future.
