My focus is to provide hiring managers with best in class service by leveraging my experience to advise on every aspect of the recruiting process. I’ve supported teams including Marketing, Product, Compliance, Operations, Advisory and Investments, and Technology. In addition to supporting the organization through talent acquisition, I’m passionate about promoting diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging. I currently serve as National Co-Director of Communications for ALMA, our Latinx-focused business resource group. I’m also the Volunteer Chair for the Colorado chapter of ACT, our corporate social responsibility program that encourages Empower associates to support causes that matter to us, and amplifies our impact through company-backed resources and financial support.
