Responsible for local and global recruiting for three Seminole Tribe entities; Seminole Hard Rock Support Services, Seminole Gaming Administration and Hard Rock International.Perform full life cycle recruiting and sourcing of qualified talent including candidate experience, creating and implementing strategic hiring initiatives, negotiations and closing complex offers. Build partnerships with key stakeholders to drive hiring initiatives.Determine best sourcing strategies and resources to drive applicant traffic in various markets in the U.S. and Internationally.Work closely with the compensation team to discuss approved salaries, bonus structures and staying abreast of compensation guidelines.Conduct follow-up meetings with hiring managers to determine effectiveness of recruiting efforts.Hired and managed a team of recruiters and recruitment specialist during the transition of Hard Rock International’s corporate migration to south Florida. Measure hiring performance by reviewing retention rates, turn-over reports, & onboarding evaluations.Acts as an ambassador of Seminole Hard Rock Support Services to Identify and cultivate relationships with local community partners in areas that are within close proximity of Seminole Gaming properties, in an effort to introduce brand awareness and career opportunities.Spearhead the planning, organizing, and execution of job fairs, community events, college campus presentations, and internal hiring events in collaboration with internal stakeholders from various departments.Foster external relationships within the community by keeping partners up to date on hiring needs, property events, conduct onsite visits to host informational sessions and workforce readiness workshops.Maintain the company’s 12 -13 week internship program quarterly by working with educational institutions and sourcing recruiting platforms to identify top talent.
