Assist individuals with advocacy or linking them to various resources or services based on their needs. I teach soft skills on how to determine solutions regarding their issues or challenges i.e. understanding federal financial aid process, identify scholarships. internship opportunities, completing college admission applications and refer to other ancillary services. I also support ndividuals with disabilities that may need help with following up on their health care issues such as renewing their Medicaid coverage, connecting to Managed Care Organizations to establish care coordination for Personal Care Services or to acquire durable medical equipment.
