ABOUT ERIC HERTENSTEIN
Eric is a professor of nuclear medicine technology, specialized in the area of PET/CT. Eric is credentialed in both PET and CT (ARRT and NMTCB certification). He has a passion for the field of nuclear medicine, advanced molecular imaging, and high quality patient care. Eric served as the program director of the Nuclear Medicine Institute in Ohio for over a decade and now is the director of the Nuclear Medicine BSRS Program at the University of New Mexico. As an advocate for training the next generation of technologists, Eric is currently serving as a director on the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB).
