With a background in strategic leadership and a passion for representation, I’ve championed initiatives that challenge norms and created platforms for connection, such as our internal Women’s Network.I’m especially passionate about making financial services more inclusive. Whether that’s speaking up for underrepresented groups, or making sure our messaging reflects the diversity of real lives. I love bringing creativity and clarity to complex topics, and I get a buzz from turning ideas into campaigns that genuinely connect.I’m also big on team development. And I’m always learning myself. Balancing fun and creativity with results is really important to me.
