Responsible for establishing and building the Centred Solutions brand, a relatively new healthcare technology company still in its infancy. I have sole responsibility for setting up and building the marketing communications infrastructure for the business. In addition to brand and content, I am responsible for driving the commercial engine through digital lead generation campaigns and defining and implementing the product marketing strategy. Highlights include:• Put in place marketing infrastructure directly impcating growth of sales and the sales pipeline. • Launched four new products to market, underpinned by detailed value propositions and key customer personas. • Ran a public affairs campaign that influenced the Department of Health, positively impacting the outcome of a consultation regarding a key change to legislation, with evidence cited in the formal consultation response.• Developed and implemented a new PESO PR strategy which resulted in significant earned media coverage in key trade titles. • Developed and implemented a content strategy which quadrupled figures on social media channels.• Enhancement and improvement of website, quadrupling the number of visitors• Implementation of marketing technology stack to improve marketing operations. • Developed and implemented a customer case study/time and motion study model to prove the concept of products.• Developed customer advocacy programme using video, thought leadership articles, awards and event speaker slots. • Development of a public affairs programme with successful partnerships created with key policy/representative bodies including NHS England and the Department of Health and Social Care. • Development and implementation of product marketing strategy including segmentation, positioning, installation, training and maintenance.
