I’m a systems thinker.Having spent more than a decade building a business in the talent acquisition space, what continues to fascinate me is how much hiring shapes a company’s trajectory — and how often it’s treated as an afterthought.At my core, I care about clarity. Clear decisions. Clear standards. Clear accountability. I’m not particularly impressed by trends or shiny tools unless they genuinely improve how people hire and lead.I’ve had the privilege of co-hosting Canada’s #1 HR podcast, The Recruitment Flex, and being recognized by the TA Tech Awards in 2023 and 2024 as a thought leader in hiring technology — but titles aside, what matters most to me is contributing to smarter conversations about how organizations grow through people.Today, through my work and as co-host of TA Actually, I continue exploring how hiring systems, technology, and leadership decisions intersect. I believe hiring isn’t just an HR function — it’s a reflection of how a company thinks.Entrepreneurial by nature. Commercially minded.
