In addition to Co-Founding Candleberry Candle Compliant, I currently hold the position of Creative Director for the The Candleberry Candle Company. I\'m involved in product design, packaging design, fragrance design, product description writing and marketing, materials sourcing and import/export management. I have held every position within the company at different points in my career, including marketing manager, sales manager, office manager, logistics manager, operations manager and marketing analyst.I do all of the importing for metal and/or ceramic goods for the company as well. I acquire bids from manufacturers in several different countries, finding the highest quality and best price. I manage each step of that production, from materials sourcing to package design and execution. In the past, I have managed anything from Candleberry\'s sales team to production, to our marketing team. There are not many duties within the Candleberry Candle Company that I have not either performed, managed or been involved with the structure of, but my main purpose within the company is being the creative drive behind the products Candleberry produces.
