My mission is to provide exceptional mental health services to Police, Fire and EMS professionals through collaborative partnerships, evidence-based practices and unwavering integrity. I am committed to fostering resilience, enhancing well-being and delivering the highest quality of care, while honoring the unique challenges and strengths of Responders.As a Licensed Professional Counselor with over a decade of experience, I’ve dedicated my career to providing mental health therapy and wellness programs for Police, Fire and EMS personnel. My training includes evidence-based therapies for anxiety, depression, PTSD, and grief and loss. I hold a certification in EMDR and First Responder Counseling.
