I’m an admissions professional at heart who grew into a systems-minded enrollment leader.With 25+ years in higher education, I’ve built a career at the intersection of strategy, operations, and student access—helping institutions not just recruit students, but serve them better through smarter systems, stronger processes, and data-informed decisions.Currently serving as Director of Enrollment Operations & Systems at Lebanon Valley College, I focus on optimizing CRM strategy, improving user adoption, and aligning technology with enrollment goals.
