ABOUT SHEILA HUGHES MCSTRAVICK
When I first learned about the Wilson Autoclaving Process in 2005 I was in awe at the technology and the positive environmental impacts it will produce. The potential of playing a role in creating a sustainable future was now a real option and this reasoning pushed me to focus my studies in the environmental sector. Born and raised in New York, I immigrated to Northern Ireland to work with those involved in the Wilson Solution after completing my undergraduate degree. I have since completed my Master’s Degree, worked in other industries to gain more experience and have now returned to my dream role of being part of the Wilson Team to bring autoclaving to the forefront of the waste industry as a leading technology. As a member of the Wilson Team, I am advocating the Wilson Solution, the proven steam autoclave technology that treats a variety of wastes including municipal solid waste, commercial waste and agricultural waste, and Wilson Fibre® a new source of a sustainable renewable energy which is an end product of the autoclave process. Society, both on a local and global scale, is faced with serious concerns regarding waste management and energy security. The Wilson Team can help contribute to creating a sustainable future, providing the Wilson Solution and Wilson Fibre® as effective solutions.
