ABOUT SHEILA FRIERSON SHE
With over 20 years of experience in the employee equity industry, I am a passionate and knowledgeable leader who drives business growth and client satisfaction at Computershare, the world\'s largest stock transfer agent and provider of employee share plan services. As the President of North America Employee Share Plans, I oversee a team of professionals who deliver innovative and customized solutions to our clients, ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies. As a Certified Equity Professional (CEP) and Fellow of Global Equity (FGE) I have extensive expertise in employee stock plan design and management, including stock options, restricted stock, performance awards, and ESPPs. I also have strong skills in relationship management, business development, business transformation, and change management. I am a frequent speaker and presenter at key industry events and conferences, such as the GEO and NASPP, where I share my insights and best practices on employee equity topics. I am also the founder of Libherate Collective, a network of women across all industries who support and empower each other. My mission is to not only help clients and employees realize the full potential and value of their equity compensation programs, but to also help engage and lift up any human I encounter.
