I’m a Corporate Controller and financial executive with 20+ years leading controllership, financial reporting, and operational governance across major banks and broker‑dealers. I partner with executive leadership to strengthen control environments, streamline close cycles, and scale cross‑border finance organizations—communicating clearly, acting decisively, and delivering durable change.Most recently, I’ve advised institutions with $25 to $350 Billion in assets on month‑end close acceleration, regulatory readiness, and process modernization—shortening close cycles by 60% through automation, reconciliation redesign, and controls uplift. I most recently defined and implemented a global intercompany settlement and recharge process across 21 countries and 250 legal entities.
