Sheena is a content writer and editor with a background in search engine optimization. Through her work both writing and managing content, she has developed a passion for delivering high-quality, expert-led content with a wide reach.She is a content specialist at Online Optimism, a digital marketing agency in New Orleans and New York City. As a content specialist, Sheena writes long-form content to best serve clients’ marketing goals: writing blog posts, email marketing campaigns, and newsletters, all while growing her marketing expertise.Sheena is a graduate of Emory University and an MFA candidate at the University of New Orleans. At UNO, she won the 2025 Ernest and Shirley Svenson Award for Fiction, and she serves as co-managing editor for the international literary journal, Bayou Magazine. She is a participant in the McCormack (formerly Tin House) Writing Workshop.
