ABOUT SHEA PADILLA
As a Work Based Learning Coordinator, I serve as a liaison between the Arizona Technology Council and the ALRISE Alliance, a network of post-secondary Hispanic-serving institutions and industry partners. My mission is to bridge the gap between education and industry in STEM fields, especially in cybersecurity and information technology. I have over 20 years of experience in management, administration, audit, compliance, and education, with a focus on cybersecurity and business analytics. I completed the ASU Cybersecurity Bootcamp and the Business Analytics Certificate, and I have multiple credentials from IBM and Canvas. I am skilled in coordinating and executing projects, analyzing and interpreting data, developing and implementing policies, and facilitating and engaging stakeholders. I am passionate about learning, innovation, and collaboration, and I seek to empower others with the knowledge and skills needed for the digital world.
