I am an experienced End User Computing Technician with exceptional IT support skills, I have worked on-site, remotely, and after hours, providing support over the phone and in person. Moreover, my strong project management abilities have allowed me to excel both as a team player and while working independently. While continuously enhancing my skills, I am currently focused on self-improvement to transition into the role of a cloud engineer.Throughout my career, I have demonstrated great flexibility in delivering top-notch IT support services across various scenarios. Whether it was troubleshooting hardware and software issues on-site, providing remote assistance to geographically dispersed users, or addressing critical system failures after hours, I have consistently excelled in ensuring smooth operations. My strong foundation in IT support and project management will complement my journey as a cloud engineer, enabling me to effectively design, deploy, and maintain cloud-based solutions.
