As HR Director (UK) at Meliá Hotels International, I bring a career built in hospitality, honed in operations and developing into senior HR leadership. I currently lead HR for six hotels across London and the North, managing and developing a team of 10 across Learning & Talent Development, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, and Employee Relations. Together, we deliver a collaborative, high‑performing HR function that supports both long‑term priorities and everyday operational needs.I’m well‑versed in employment legislation and have deep expertise in payroll, compliance, audits, and compensation and benefits. I develop new reward and recognition solutions from concept through to business case, presenting at executive level to support informed, commercially aligned decisions.My background spans economy hotel brands through to premium 4‑ and 5‑star lifestyle properties, including hotel openings, executive coaching, and organisational development.
