Mitchelle Agbarakwe is a Talent Acquisition Recuiter and Flight Lead in the field of Aviation at SkyWest Airlines. Under the umbrella of her company, she services the four major airlines which includes Delta, American, United and Alaska Airlines. She is responsible for the recruitment and development of knowledge and skills of the company’s workforce. Ensuring that the company has a reliable workforce that can meet its current and future business objectives, and deliver qualifying candidates to meet the companys’ needs.The type of employees Mitchelle has recruited and trained have gone on to become major asset to the company; providing the highest level of professionalism and longevity with their standards of commitment to the company. She has received her Federal Aviation Administration license from SkyWest Airlines in Salt Lake, Utah, in 2016.
