Identify, collate, and communicate fundraising opportunities in alignment with Reall’s strategicpriorities for bid/proposal submission by the team.• Monitor and track progress on opportunities received through procurement channels such asDevex, and other donor portals (FCDO, World Bank, Asian Development Bank, etc.) togetherwith internal leads database.• Project manage tenders from consortium building, writing (in conjunction with Senior Bidmanagers through to submission• Identification of new contracts and positioning Reall as a solid consortium partner• Ensure comprehensive understanding of funder stakeholder needs and convey thisunderstanding across the wider Reall team as required.• Monitor trends within donors and how they relate to the wider donor and development sectorresearch• Support Senior Bid Manager(s) in developing boiler plate material for our bid library andopportunity specific capability statements and pitches for bids and direct approaches.• Assist the Senior Bid Managers in drafting and finalising pre-teaming agreements, MoU’s,contracts, and offers to potential partners and collaborators• Provide effective bid project management and leadership for grant and tenderopportunities from consortium building, bid writing, submission to contract negotiation andoperationalisation.• Support the development of effective and winning strategies; supports build potentialmulti-stakeholder consortiums/partnerships; negotiates teaming agreements;assembles bid development teams; and prepares all necessary groundwork forproposal development.• Draft compelling high value bid proposals working with internal stakeholders to meetthe strategic aims of each bid.• Acts as bid writer and editor bringing together technical and non-technical inputs intoan opportunity.
