Worked on automated testing for a brand new B2B Disney product, making sure that the product is ready for the user and work asintended at launch utilizing automation tools like Playwright. Led QA initiatives for Verizon to help better optimize their emailing service tohelp with churn reduction. We used innovative QA tools to make sure we weredelivering a quality product and making sure to document it every step of theway. Collaborated on accessibility QA initiatives in a government project for theCommonwealth of Pennsylvania analyzing both mobile and web applicationsusing tools such as Axe and Access Assistant to ensure they are following strictaccessibility standards.
