Publicis Sapient is a leading global digital transformation consulting company and the digital business transformation hub of Publicis Groupe with people and over 50 offices worldwide. As a Director in our Product Management Practice, I act as a trusted partner to executives at Fortune 500 companies on their digital transformation journeys, leading teams in the adoption and rollout of digital transformation initiatives. My specific focus is on design and adoption of product operating models, using cross-functional SPEED (Strategy, Product, Engineering, Experience and Data) teams and product-centric ways of working. I use concepts like Design Thinking, Service Blueprinting/Service Design, OKRs and agile delivery frameworks to help these teams build delightful digital products. I am also intrigued by how emerging technologies like GenAI can help improve the craft of Product Management and software delivery. My recent engagements include- Acted as Engagement Lead for a process innovation effort for the chief digital marketing office at a leading beauty tech brand, helping improve operational efficiency and product management practices in the digital marketing, Division/Brand and digital IT teams. This effort is expected to improve product outcomes, decrease talent attrition and improve speed to market-I helped define and pilot a customer-journey centric digital operating model at a leading airline that used cross-functional SPEED teams aligned to customer journey phases to deliver on key value propositions using product-centric ways of working including design thinking, service blueprinting and agile delivery pods. The pilot demonstrated significant improvement in speed to market and customer satisfaction- I also help build our internal product craft by mentoring my direct reports, delivering product management and agile delivery training and contributing to business development efforts.
