Advisory role held for the 2025–2027 mandate, supporting the Chairperson of the Executive Board on legal and institutional matters.Legal researcher fluent in French, Arabic, and English, I hold a PhD from Paris Panthéon-Sorbonne University in Comparative Law and an MA in International conflict studies from the War Studies Department at King’s College London. My research focuses on Iraq’s cultural heritage, memory, and nationhood. In 2023, I co-founded Erth Iraq, a non-governmental organization dedicated to the preservation, protection, and promotion of Iraq’s cultural legacy.I regularly contribute to French literary magazines Le Comptoir and Philitt, and write op-eds for major French newspapers on geopolitics, culture, and the Arab world. In October 2025, I published my metapolitical book Irak, la mise en pièces d’une nation (Arcades Ambo).My work lies at the intersection of law, cultural heritage protection, and political analysis, with a sustained focus on Iraq and the broader Arab world.
