I am a process and materials engineer with over seven years of experience supporting live manufacturing environments focused on production stability and quality. Manufacturing environments are becoming more complex, with tighter process windows, higher throughput demands, and little tolerance for instability. As production scales, small variations in tools, materials, or process conditions can quickly lead to yield loss, downtime, or quality risk. Many production issues stem from weak process ownership, delayed response to early signals, or changes made without validating downstream impact. Without disciplined process control and hands-on troubleshooting, manufacturing becomes reactive instead of stable. This is the focus of my work. With over seven years of experience in materials and process engineering, I work in environments where production pressure is real and decisions carry consequence. My background spans semiconductor manufacturing, high-volume optical fiber production, and materials processing systems, with a consistent focus on sustaining manufacturing health.
