A Human Resources graduate with more than six years of comprehensive skill set and experience managing all aspects related to Human Resource operations by focusing on accuracy and efficiency. With my expertise in managing and maintaining the complete employee policy, procedure and information, I make sure that the HR process works seamlessly. I also have exposure working with cross-functional teams/departments including Finance, Payroll and Accounting to make sure that the Human Resources related problems communicated on-time and effectively. Apart from this, I also have exposure in multiple Human Resource functions such as payroll processing, benefit administration, employee relations, performance management, onboarding, employee benefit administration etc.Extensive experience generating comprehensive HRIS reports, generating trends to provide valuable insight to the workforce in the decision making process. In a fast changing environment I am a quick learner of new tools/technology and fully committed to delivering results for the organization. I am always reachable by the employees to provide guidance and support related to Human Resource matters related to benefit, payroll, leave of absence, reference hirning and accommodation. I am very enthusiastic with excellent communication and interpersonal skills that helps me to understand and resolve employee conflict effectively. I am also expert in working on compliance issues with state and federal, state employee regulation and laws by making recommendations of new process, law or policy change as required.
