To oversee three of the client location in the Midtown NYC area and also in Queens-Ensure that all security personnel are in compliance with all training certifications (CPR, Fire Life Safety, Security License, Vector, Active Shooter, X-Ray Radiation Detection, Customer Service, etc) and all other training certifications that are in the contractual agreement with the client-Providing weekly reports for both the client and company management (KPI Reports, Monthly Hours, Payroll, Client Projects, etc)-Ensure that all security personnel are up-to-date with the daily training modules that is provided by both the client and the company, including a QAQC \'Quality Assurance Quality Check\' report that is updated 24/7-Implementing all safety policies and regulations to ensure a safe and productive work environment for all employees-Reporting progress or any issues to both the client and the company on a weekly basis-Monitoring all operations and ensuring that everything is within the allotted budget and deadline-Manage conflict resolution, concerns, communication with personnel, client management and company management-Perform supervisory duties by delegating duties to the Assistant Site Director and all Shift Managers and providing constant support-Creating identification badges for employees, vendors, contractors, and construction workers-Supported security detail in private company events-Reporting security/safety issues through Bloomberg Terminal Systems.
