Nestled at the heart of every role that I have played, lies a passion to drive talent and leadership development, help employees actualize their potential and promote a culture of belonging that empowers a diverse talent pool for success. I started my career as a HR Business Partner for a span of 750 associates. Driving Talent transformation and Performance Management, dealing with grievances and disciplinary issues, conducting need-based workshops on various behavioural competencies, creating customized employee engagement plans and implementing the Diversity & Inclusion Agenda for the Insurance cluster were the predominant facets of this role. In a stint as a HR Specialist in Leadership Staffing, I have worked at fulfilling Leadership Opportunities in North America, LATAM, MEA and Europe by facilitating the mobility of leaders within the Internal talent pool. In my current role the Asia Pacific Lead – Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, I spearhead the DE & I strategy for the Asia Pacific region, encompassing 11 countries. I always strive to innovate.
