Training & Development :* Conducting Business Skills training for newly joined trainees. The courses include Oral * Communication, Written Communication, Team Work skills and Professional grooming.* Conducting constant feedback sessions for participants, helping them to analyze their areas of improvement and their strengths.* Continuous observation of associate behaviour, mentoring based on requirements and tracking behavioural improvement* Managing the evaluation tool for the participants.* Conducting interviews and demo presentations.Talent Engagement :* Liaison with all Managers of the project.* Effectively deploys all HR initiatives (i-Connect, Business Communication, HR Connects etc.), processes and policies across the Business Unit.* Work towards engaging all employees in the business unit and improving their satisfaction levels through HR connectivity programs and Fun at Work Initiatives.* Single point of contact in HR for all associates of the project.* Conducts awareness sessions for various HR processes. E.g. Appraisals, Confirmations, Welfare, Business etiquette, iCALMS etc.* Grievance management (Grievance analysis and satisfactory closure).* Prepare reports on all HR activities carried out on a monthly basis and report the same to the PMO for consolidation.* Initiate performance improvement plans (PIP) and track progress until closure.* Enhancing awareness on HR benefits, policy changes, time schedules.* Addressing queries on benefit policies (HIS, Leave, Loans, Transfers etc,)* Conducting Skip Level meetings.* Conducting HR interviews during Campus Recruitment and EP Recruitment.* Has been a part of Academic Interface Program and training sessions.
