I deal mainly with applications for Non-Molestation and Occupation Orders and also Private Law Children Act matters where there has been domestic violence or risk of harm to a child. Legal Aid is available for those who meet the relevant criteria. I am also able to deal with applications under the Forced Marriage Act and cases regarding FGM. I also deal with abduction matters.
