Having come to believe that marketing and innovation is the key to a successful business, I am a strong proponent of this mantra. My goal is to connect people with strong creative ideas and emotions that can help market a product or service in a more effective manner. I\'m Sharon Nijhawan, and this is my professional purpose: My mission is to facilitate unique collaborative experiences that promote team productivity and innovation while embracing each member with energy and passion. I am passionate about connecting people with products, believing in people-centric leadership, driving results-oriented marketing approaches, creating effective advertisements, designing and coordinating marketing plans, fostering relationships, critically solving problems, and building an emotional connection within the organization to successfully find, keep, and grow customers. I am all about hard work and believe in establishing genuine connections with my team and clients. My journey started as a designer where I brought my creative thoughts to life but adequate learning, development, and growth eventually led me to pursue and unlock my passion for marketing. To achieve greater success and contribute to society, I believe in constant learning and development. For me, this means challenging the traditional ways, taking on challenges, and remaining up to date with the market. In the marketing field, I accomplish my mission by building relationships with customers, listening to their needs, and working with cross-functional teams to overcome the challenges of the marketing business.
