Managing Thane Navi Mumbai and Mumbai South territory (total 12 zones) for Instant Overdraft, an unsecured product for self employed segment- Primary responsibility is portfolio management in terms of book growth and ensuring adequate utilisation - Leading a team of 7 relationship managers who handle 1 or more zone each in Mumbai- Engaging with key retail channels to enhance product visibility, product business and traction- Supervising compliance responsibilities of each relationship manager: visits of high risk customers in terms of delinquency and working on 1-30 Delinquency bucket to minimise flow into 31-60 bucket- Complete end to end support for all aspects of the product for the branch channel as well as end customer- Working on probable NPA cases in order to prevent them from becoming NPA- Ensuring timely renewals and product renewal related operational responsibilities- In charge of both Mumbai based electronic relationship manager (ERM) centres that connect with mapped customers on call to boost disbursement- Conducting product training to vaious channels including branch and ERM - Ensuring proper communication at various levels to ensure optimum handling of customer comlaints and escalations
