ABOUT SHARI K HOOPER

I have nearly 30 years of experience in the financial industry and have been a member of the Summit Wealth Partners team since Spring of 2020. I have attained various credentials in her career including Registered Paraplanner through the College of Financial Planning, life, health and variable insurance licenses, Series 65 and a Certified Senior Advisor Designation. I am currently studying for a Behavioral Finance designation and her ChFC.My areas of focus include, financial education and planning with women of all ages and stages of life such as single, divorced, widowed, executives and/or business owners, as well as servicing senior investors. My attention to detail helps me navigate challenging issues such as healthcare, homecare, and changing family dynamics.As a resident of Ada, Michigan, I actively participate in many organizations that are centered on both women and seniors, including, Greater Grand Rapids Women Who Care, Inforum, WISE, West MI Women’s Magazine events, Advocates for Senior Issues and Women, Wealth and Wisdom, which I created and host monthly.I have two children with her husband, Todd; her daughter, Ana Rose (20) and her son, Joshua (14). As a family, they enjoy spending time at Lake Leelanau- “glamping” and boating as much as possible throughout the summer months. I love running, walking and being outside in nature breathing the fresh air and seeing the beautiful creation God has made.I bring my passion of building and strengthening relationships with clients and the community, and an asset to Summit Wealth Partners.“I love meeting new clients every day, especially women and seniors, knowing that I can help provide them with tools for successful retirement planning and with their eldercare needs.”
