Responsible for creating long and short-term Project Plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines. Manage several project plans simultaneously all the while ensuring my direct reports have everything they need in order to be successful. Serves as the primary liaison for all weekly reporting of project statuses, need assessments, and internal administrative requirements. Maintain the main Project Plan for AEP and OEP across all Sales Channels and facilitating the meetings to ensure all items have been tracked to completion. Led multiple Integration projects from start to finish. Makes effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project. Develop a plan for the CMS audits to ensure all tasks pertaining to prep have been completed in order to receive the highest star rating possible. Serve as a point of contact for teams when multiple departments or individuals are assigned to the same project to ensure balance. Communicate effectively with Leadership in order to keep the project aligned within their goals. Perform quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected.
