Project and Program Management professional with close to a decade of experience moving complex and creative initiatives from conception to implementation. My approach to my work is rooted in my passion for building community within and outside of the workspace. I believe you can build robust systems and procedures that aid in creating inclusive environments where both internal persons thrive alone with its clients. I also believe that strong-teams and interpersonal skills help foster trust within teams that make the work of community building and program implementation that much more enjoyable. My background in journalism has strengthen my communication skills, allowing me to communicate information in clear and actionable insights. As well as manage diverse stakeholders and their perspectives effectively. I prioritize people, and truth first, always aiming for outcomes that are collaborative and sustainable. Personally, I am a curious person, always wanting to learn more about others. My curiosity has made me a quick learner. I\'m also a creative who enjoys creating content about motherhood and my life. This creativity also led me to start my photography business. I\'m always growing and can\'t wait to connect.
