As a marketing enthusiast with a strong business acumen, I specialize in driving growth through strategic business development, CRM optimization, revenue leadership, and digital marketing. Currently, as a Business Development Manager at OYO, I focus on enhancing customer engagement, streamlining onboarding processes, and implementing data-driven strategies to maximize business efficiency.I hold an MBA in Marketing from Sri Balaji University, Pune, where I developed expertise in sales strategy, market research, and competitive analysis. My professional experience includes an internship at MidBrains Technologies, where I contributed to lead generation, field sales, digital marketing, and CRM management using Zoho. Prior to that, I gained hands-on business management experience at BrewBerry Coffee Shop, overseeing operations, supply chain, and marketing strategies to drive customer growth.I am also certified in SAP S4 HANA Sales & Distribution, Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt), CRM Relationship Management, and Sales Strategy, which complement my practical experience in marketing and business development. My leadership skills were further demonstrated as the Coordinator for AiyaSwami 2023 and as a former badminton team captain.Outside of work, I have a keen interest in high tech farming, gardening, cooking, and exploring wildlife, as well as contributing to social initiatives, such as working with NGOs in Melghat to support local tribal communities.I am always open to meaningful discussions on business strategy, marketing innovations, and customer engagement.
