Sonoma Land Trust is a nationally recognized conservation leader, investing in nature-based solutions to help address the climate crisis. As director of the philanthropy program, I work closely with board members and the executive director, and a team of seven amazing development professionals to engage donors and secure major gifts, planned gifts, annual operating support, and grants from foundations and businesses. I led our comprehensive campaign efforts, including the branding and public launch of Sonoma Land Trust\'s \"A Force for Nature\" campaign, which as of March of 2024 has raised more than $109 million in commitments and outright donations. It\'s an honor to work closely with campaign volunteers, who dedicate their time and financial support to ensure the success of the campaign.
