I have been working in the learning and development field for over 15 years, designing and delivering effective training programs for diverse audiences and industries. Currently, I am the Head of eLearning Content Consultation & Curation at Go1, the world\'s largest content marketplace for online learning. I lead a global team of learning consultants who support over 50 sales representatives and provide custom solutions for customers\' learning needs.My role involves working closely with the Chief Content Officer to establish the eLearning content strategy and roadmap, as well as providing learning and development expertise cross-functionally. I also represent Go1 as a thought leader in the industry, sharing my insights and best practices in articles, webinars, and presentations. I am passionate about connecting learners to content and helping organizations achieve their learning and development goals.
