ABOUT SHANICE BURKE

I am a certified PRINCE2® Project Manager and CCMP™ Change Management Practitioner, passionate about the future of work, business agility and ability to adapt to IT-led business change. I have over 8 years’ experience supporting the implementation of large-scale organisation transformational change programmes in the Energy & Utilities Industry. I have a strong ability to engage and build trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders in both senior and operational roles. I enjoy collaborating with technical teams to deliver people-centric and pragmatic solutions to complex IT challenges. I take a proactive approach to implementing IT-led organisational change, promoting resilience in capital intensive industries. I have experience working in both an agile and waterfall project environment, adapting my skills to suit client needs. I use creative and critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, to drive people-centric solutions, analysing and presenting quantitative and qualitative data to support project delivery. I consistently apply my industry knowledge and awareness of the latest industry trends in the form of thought leadership to my roles. I have supported the development of internal assets, ensuring methodologies, successes and challenges are documented for future proposition development.
