As a passionate and experienced Communication and Engagement Lead, I bring over a decade of proven success in shaping inclusive, people-first cultures across public, private, and not-for-profit sectors. With a deep understanding of internal communications, community engagement, and strategic partnerships, I’ve helped organisations boost employee satisfaction, retention, and their reputation as employers of choice.Currently leading Communication and Engagement at Inspiro Learning, I continue to champion initiatives that put people at the heart of business. My career spans national and global teams, including secondment to a global internal comms team in Zurich, designing award-winning community programmes, and launching data-driven engagement strategies for organisations with employees.I’ve had the privilege of managing multi-functional teams, supporting senior leaders, and leading on CSR, D&I, employee wellbeing, and ESG-aligned initiatives.
