As a Portfolio Coordinator, I partner closely with a team of Portfolio Managers to ensure portfolio success through strategic planning, high-level reporting, and process optimization. I manage critical aspects of our portfolio lifecycle, including:Metrics & Performance Reporting – Collecting, analyzing, and presenting key metrics to provide actionable insights.Leadership Communication – Delivering concise, impactful updates to senior leadership on progress, achievements, and risks.Portfolio Oversight – Managing, tracking, and optimizing portfolio performance to meet strategic goals.Backlog Management – Organizing and prioritizing work to ensure timely execution.Intake Process Development – Designing and refining our new Field & Client Service (FCS) intake process to improve efficiency and alignment.Resource Management – Supporting resource forecasting and allocation to optimize delivery.I also serve as the liaison to the Centralized Business Controls (CBC) team, bridging portfolio planning and delivery efforts with enterprise-wide compliance initiatives. In this capacity, I am deepening my expertise in the regulatory space while managing the CBC portfolio to ensure alignment with business objectives.Additionally, I have collaborated with fellow Project Managers on high-impact, regulatory-focused initiatives, driving compliance and meaningful organizational improvements across the enterprise.With a proven ability to streamline processes, strengthen cross-functional collaboration, and deliver strategic outcomes, I am passionate about enabling operational excellence and supporting long-term business growth.
