Part of the project team that has implemented Blue Yonder WMS across the Middle East for Alshaya group for over 40 internationally recognized food and non-food brands. Some sites were purpose built with latest automation and replacing current Manhattan WMS in some sites as a staged rollout. I was responsible for all Business process mapping (As-Is and To-Be) and leveraging my extensive experience in this sector to ensure success. As part of the larger ITBP (Business Partnering) community, I was involved in various other initiatives including Carrier Management, Order Management and Transport Management.
