I have had the pleasure of allowing my degree in Biology and Chemistry minor to launch me into a world of helping others through finance. It was at American Express and Truliant Federal Credit Union that I worked in customer service. Truliant helped me advance from customer service to consumer lending. Originating mortgage, auto, and personal loans became my life\'s passion. I advanced to underwriting loans with Sheffield Financial. Helping others gain what they need and want for business or personal use was indescribable. I relocated to Virginia and connected with a wonderful employer that built my background in underwriting and provided more knowledge in bridging the gap between the loan approval and the loan closing. My position as a Dealer Success Manager at Octane Lending was a role that I committed to, for the company, the dealers, and the consumers. The role strengthened me in team building, mentoring, increasing company revenue, and credit analytics. Within 2 years of working with this organization I have been able to work directly with Senior Executives, suggesting better ways of continuing success as we grow. In my current position as Dealer Operations Manager, I am now a key stakeholder in both dealer enrollment and dealer maintenance. Ensuring Octane builds and continues to keep strong, long-term dealer relationships.
